The bridal wear collection in our London studio offers the bride a wide range of designer wedding outfits to choose from. We have an extensive range of wedding dresses, from soft, flowy georgette and silk dresses to full and more structured styles.

Our wedding dress collection is a reflection of the versatility of looks that Raishma and her team can create for the bride. For example, the chiffon angel sleeve styles from our designer wedding outfits collection are perfect for a more 1920's romantic vintage look. And our georgette layered gowns are stunning for beach weddings - the latter enjoying something of a renaissance these days.

However our most popular gowns are still the corset bodice and fuller skirt styles; with Raishma's stunning hand beading on each bodice. In addition, Embroidery Brides fly in from all over the world to order their designer wedding outfits from Raishma. The hand embroidery on the bridal wear in her London store is admired by many fashionistas; from Jimmy Choo in London's Connaught street to fashion legend and entrepreneur Karen Millen.

Delicate threadwork and beading in pearls and swaroskis adorn lace and duchess satins. Hand embroidered metallic work called dhabka embroidery is particularly popular, and is a something of a 'signature look' on many of Raishma's wedding dresses.

‘You and Your Wedding" magazine has long been a fan of Raishma's work, covering her gowns editorially since 1999. One of the first styles they anted to photograph was Raishma's famous duchess satin coat. With a stunning gold hand embroidered border along the hem and neckline, and compared to much of the bridal wear available in London wedding-fashion stores, this coat was truly unique.We now have a stunning collection of bridal coats - and in a variety of colours and fabrics.

Fabrics:

We use only pure silks for our gowns. There are a wide choice of fabrics to choose from including silk georgettes, chiffons, lace, tulle, duchess satins, taffeta, siam silk, dupion. If you are able to travel to our store here in London you can see the fabrics on the designer wedding-dress collection. You can of course choose an alternative fabric for your own gown, if preferred.

All our gowns are made to measure, and start from £1,200 upwards for beach-wedding gowns and from £1,700 for our full gowns. All the styles from our designer wedding outfits can be adapted to suit the requirements of the bride. The colour, fabric and cut can all be modified.

We also design for the bride from scratch to create the dream wedding dress.
